Not a happy customer.... Called tech support to ask if my leaking RO faucet could be fixed with new O rings (it was leaking at the base of the spout when water was being dispensed) and I was advised that "No, I needed to buy a new faucet." Got the new faucet and replaced it and now the quick connect coupling that connects the faucet to the RO manifold is leaking and will not stop dripping so I cannot use my system now. When I called tech support today I asked this tech who advised that "Yes I could have just replaced the O rings to stop the spout from leaking where it attaches to the base." So now I've purchased a new faucet (which I did NOT need) and replaced it and now the system is leaking elsewhere and I still cannot use it. The tech today was not helpful either telling me that he could sell me a 55 cent O ring to replace in the quick connect coupling that might fix the leak (but would not guarantee that it would) and then add over $15.00 in shipping (all USD of course, I'm in Canada). No offer of a free o-ring to see if it would fix the problem with the new faucet installation (since I already purchased a new faucet that I DID NOT NEED TO DO). Certainly NOT impressed with Watts customer service, or I should say LACK of customer service.

This new chrome faucet goes perfect with my also new chrome sink mixer. It looks elegant. You can just lift the black level and it stays put for as long as you decide.The plumber has been very busy, but finally he could come today to install it.

The water dispenser that came with the unit was dripping in 6 months and I mentioned it when I ordered filters but no comment. It kept getting worse until I purchased an old style for $31 just to stop the drip that one of your trouble solvers told me it couldn’t be fixed. I asked if I bought a new one would it be improved for $80 and he said nothing has been changed that he knew of. Thanks!

The replacement faucet works fine, the cost to have the faulty one replaced, I could of bought 4 complete units. It took 4 trips by the plumber to diagnose the problem and replace the bad faucet. For this reason I would not recommend this unit to anyone.

I needed to replace my basement laundry tub and my RV Osmosis water faucet. One email to Watts proved to be my answer. They answered my question quickly and correctly and shipped the correct part for my 30 year old water purification system that still operates flawlessly. My system is installed on my basement laundry with a feed to my up stairs kitchen sink . All is fine in with my new faucet.

The piece came as primarily one item and one additional hose assembly was okay no problem the only issue is that you need the restrictor valve that's in the original piece. I happen to reuse the one in there by pulling it out Andre inserting it into the new hose if you cannot do that you will have to purchase one keep that in mind prior to ordering. The faucet itself works great no problems don't forget to color match versus your current faucet

Very difficult to install behind sink. I was replacing the original tap that was sticking and was disappointed to find how wobbly the outlet tube is on the new unit. Should it be this loose? Every time I press on the lever, the whole tube flips backward. I will keep using it for now but I will keep the old one as backup as I don’t see this one lasting as long.

Havea used this for years. I need to find a new black plastic handle for the faucet. I replaced it years ago and now it has worn enough that I get some leakage. Can't find the handle anywhere.

Never worked with 1/4 inch plastic tubing &/or replacing a leaking distilled R O water faucet before. Quite a learning experience to say the least.
First replaced the black 4 hose connecting piece. Didn't stop the leak then replaced the faucet with a new one.
Nairobi Equihua was the tech person who I would e mail pics to & receive pics - illustrations
& guidance from during the whole replacement adventure. She was a patient thoughtful helpful advisor each step of the way.

I would rather repair the faucet than buy a new item. Simple repair like a washer or seal would save a lot of waisted time and not to mention landfill. Home Depot where I purchased the filter system no longer sells any Watts items and I am rather disappointed in the availability of materials

I replaced my old Watts RO faucet because it kept on leaking through the air vent hole - no matter how often I tried to clean it. As a result I had several occasions of a flood underneath the sink area. I hope this new faucet won't show the same symptoms as the old one did.

I finally figured out why the new faucet leaked: I asked tech help and we agreed on hand-tightening only. That was the problem : after I suggested further tightening, I tried it and one full twist with a wrench upon max hand tightening did the trick, None of the tech staff could helpmeet over 3 calls and a dozen pictures sent ... with that conundrum. Yet they know how to squelch posts here, even this one, that may be helpful to another soul, I wonder.
Faucet seemingly ok now, tech support = 0.

I bought this faucet at Home Depot, installed is it as I was told, it worked well for 3 days without a drip (I checked the installation twice a day; no wetness underneath at all); on the 4the day, the bottom of the sink cabinet was swimming in water; i had been alerted by the sound of a drip - drip somewhere ... and the connection of plastic tube to the faucet bottom was leaking profusely, drip - drip - drip.
Today I tried to work on it again, but all kinds of remedies did not work until I thought of wrapping pipe tape (the thin white rolled up tape stuff) around the bottom threads of the faucet inlet. But none of the included hardware was able to stop the bleeding today. Then I saw a plastic compression nut from my old stock, I took the faucet out of the sink and tried it on the floor: perfect, not a drop at all. So I installed the faucet again, now with the plastic compression nut to hold the tube in. It worked f0r 2 hours, but just before dinner the bottom of the cabinet was again swimming. AND the tube had come loose out of the bottom of the faucet, just flapping about; the nut and tube insert were still on and in the faucet bottom. I think I have a defective faucet. The plastic outlet tubing from our osmosis system can only enter 1/4 inch into the stem of the faucet. Weird. (We had to replace the old (20 years ?) faucet which had started to drip out of its end.)
If I could give 0 stars, I would. So 1 star it shall be ... by default

When the unit starts to filter water. Air-Gap window makes huge noise. It was so loud, that I made video of it.
