All cartridges popped out and in easily. I did a full cartridge replacement so needed to sanitize the tank. The instructions said there shouldn’t be any water when removing the hose from the top of the tank but there was quite a bit. I would say to remove all air pressure and maybe save some cleanup.

I'd recommend it to anyone who wanted a good reverse osmosis water filter system. Bought watts ro-pure plus 15-17 years ago. Very happy. Had to replace tank, 6 mouths ago, but that's because blatter failed. Not your falt. Just had problem with empty tank and no water coming out. Changed filters and works great now. I have no idea what went though our city water in the last 6 mouths, but the filters (yellow) clogged and NO water was going to the tank. Problem solved, just changed the filter.

I actually haven't installed the new cartridges yet because the unit is leaking at the faucet. However, once I figure out how to stop the leak at the faucet, I know that I will love the new filters as the previous ones were fantastic.

I've had a Watts r.o. system since about 1999-2000. the first one was very efficient, and lasted many years (about 12). The only complaint was when filter changes were necessary, there was usually problems with at least one of the housings leaking. I replaced o-rings, and usually one blue housing on at filter changes. it was a hassle, but worth it in the only run.. Finally, instead of always replacing parts in the old system, I bought a new one in 20015. A great improvement! Installation was easy, and filter replacement a breeze.I just replaced all filters, plus the membrane last month. I bought through Customer service. tech price was good. The service agent was friendly and very knowledgeable. I had the filters withihn a couple days, and was back in business.

I've owned two of there systems and let me tell you they last as long as you want them to, do your required maintenance and there you go years of reliable service from your unit. I replaced the old RO unit with the new "RO Plus" last year. Got lazy in my old age and decided to purchase a new unit with all the bells and whistles. The ease of replacing the filters can be done by my 2 yr old grandson, seriously it's that easy. The new spout looks great in our kitchen. There products are engineered right. I've been a loyal customer for 17 years and I've watched the company develop new products for us consumers, easy to use, easy to change and good solid material used in there products. I use there filters and parts exclusively. Great Job you guys. ps the manual needs help.

Have the system. First time to replace filters. The premier team tells Lorna that you don't need to shut off water and drain tank. But the manual for this system requires one to flush the system with a little H2O2 or chlorine bleach annually, and before changing filters. That step certainly requires what Lorna specifies. What say you, Team Premier?

Great system and easy to replace cartridges, but they skip a few major steps such as: 1) Turn off cold water, 2) drain water from tank by letting it drain from the spicket, 3) once drained, place towel under the old cartridge system as water will leak from them, 4) now you can follow the instructions ......

This is a great water filter and the replacement cartridges are easy to replace. The instructions skip a few important steps which are: 1) Turn off your cold water, 2) drain your tank entirely by releasing the water from the spicket, 3) place a towel under the old cartridges because water will spill out! If you do these steps before installing the replacement cartridges, you'll be glad you didn't need to contact a plumber.
