I've had this RO system for 10 years and it has served myself and my family very well. Just replace the membrane which lasted about 3 years. Replacing the membrane makes a big difference in water taste. Watts has a customer for life.

I have owned 2 RSO 5 systems from your company for over 20 years. I recently had to replace the tank due to a faulty bladder ( somewhat disappointed as the tank was only 5-6 yrs old and first tank lasted at least twice that time ) and ordered a new auto shut off valve, filters and membrane. The unit would not shut down on restart after 6 hrs when it usually is less then 3 hrs. I called customer service and they sent a new shut off valve and the same problem occurred, even though I felt the membrane was the problem. I called customer service again and suggested it was the membrane internal valve causing the problem because I had a problem with a membrane in the past. I received a new membrane and the system is now functioning without a problem. I appreciate you sending the replacement parts free of charge. The last technician, who's name I have forgotten, deserves recognition for listening to me and sending a new membrane. Great product and customer service. Just wish I didn't have to waste 12 hrs of H2O and increase my H2O bill !! Paul Giegerich

was using the 24GPD membrane,and after talking with the tech rep at Watts I decided to go with the
50GPD unit,which now provides a lot faster tank refill rate.
AS A NOTE: whenever you replace the filters in your r/o system,and while the tank is EMPTY! it's a good
idea to check the air pressure in the tank. When I had to replace the tank the psi was 7,and 18 months
later when it was checked it was down to 2psi which was the cause for the low water flow rate

The only down side to your products and service is that for Canadian customers, obtaining parts and shipping/customs costs add to the expense of repairs and maintenance. A Canadian distributor for your parts would expand your popularity and sales.

OK, finally replaced this membrane after a LOT of years. I'm afraid to say how many but I developed a flow and capacity problem that the membrane fixed, along with the help of a new filter pack and recharging the air in the tank properly. Used the higher flow RO membrane, too. Works like new. The pic looks kind of leaky but it's not. The painters sprayed everything under the sink with a flaky white paint and now that it's coming off it looks nasty. Don't do that.

I was able to find the brand name on our home filter system: Watts Premier. I was able to find through their website the answer to our problem. The system was running water continuously down the drain.
The Watts Premier web site said that this is usually solved by replacing the filters, specifically the RO filter. We talked this over and went ahead and ordered a set of filters. We did not know if our system was the 25 gpd or the 50 gpd model RO filter. We ordered the 50 gpd version and were pleasantly surprised at the 3 day delivery. That was an ataboy as we live in rural Utah and mail is erratic to say the best we were further surprised what when we removed our old RO filter that is was rated only 25 gpd and the 50 gpd fit and works most satisfactorily. I can tell a difference in the filling rates of my mega mug. FYI our Watts Premier system supplies, by design, the refrigerator ice makers both upstair and down stairs. The system also supplies filtered water to the down stairs kitchen sink. We also have this plumbed to a future humidifier yet to be installed on our furnace. We are high desert and want additional humidity in the house particularly in the winter months. Jim D. Spring Glen, Utah.

We have two Watts Premier RO units in our house and have been a Watts Premier customer for many years for the units in our current and previous house. We recently replaced the RO membrane after 5 years of using of the previous membrane. We also replaced a sediment filter, 5-micron carbon block filter and 5-micron carbon VO filter in the same maintenance cycle. All were purchased from Watts Premier. We continue to deal with Watt's for replacement filters because of Watt's consistent high quality and competitive prices.

I decided when i changed out my sink and counter top to keep my Premier Water Filtration unit i had for the past 15 years. so i ordered a new membrane filter as i had the other 3 new filters on hand. i got the new membrane within 2 days and a Christmas discount! The clients Service representative was kind enough to send me by email a diagram to reconnect everything since when we went to re-install everything we couldn't remember how it went together and could not find the original instructions from 15 years ago. thanks Premier for having such a wonderful product and great customer response and follow thru. We purchased and installed the Five Step RO System but noticed it wasn't producing enough. We called Tech Support and went through the installation piece by piece. Then Sergio recommend to run some tests and report back. We did the test he requested and we had our plumber Angel talk to him directly. It was determined that the Membrane was indeed the defective part. Sergio immediately placed an order to replace the part & ship it to us. While on the phone with Sergio, we received the confirmation for the shipment. Furthermore, we received the parts in 2 or 3 days at the most. We then had the plumber replace them and then we tested the system where it was producing as per expectations.
