We have owned Watts Premiere RO systems in every one of our homes for more than 20 years and this one is the easiest by far to maintain. The replacement filters pop out with the push of a button and pop in in seconds. No big wrench to keep track of every 6 months and no spills or leaks. Great design and great tasting water. Would be witholut it. And the permeate pump allos the system to completely fill in less than 2 hours.

After 3 years of excellent function, over a year ago my reverse osmosis unit began to spontaneously drain down the sink pipes for minutes up to 1/2 hour, usually after I turned it on full-force but often without using it the water down the sink would begin on its own. I spoke with "all" your technicians, e.g., Nairobi and the others in 2019 spring. They sold me a new tank and other parts without benefit. I checked pressures, etc. as they recommended. "Send the whole unit back so we can test it here." I wouldn't do that.
If you sent me a whole new replacement unit I'd accept that. I've been your customer since 2016
Still malfunctioning. I'm living with it and just installed new cartridges after another 6 months as recommended.

I had this RO unit for 7 years and I bought it from Costco. It is easy to change the filters according to the schedule. Now, Costco dod not sell it. I hope Costco can sell the unit and filter kits again.

We have been using RO filters in the kitchen for about ten years, and before RO, we steam distilled our cooking and drinking water. The Watts multi-stage filter we just purchased and installed is much easier to install than the previous RO system we had been using. It is profoundly easier to maintain, and the pressure drop across the system is lower than with our old system, so that our flow out of the RO faucet is much better. We also use a water ionizer after the Watts RO system, and we always had pressure problems with it. With our new RO system, there is adequate pressure for ionizer.
Changing filters in our new system is trivially easy, and the specs on it are outstanding.
It is a very nice product. In fact, I just bought three more complete systems and several years worth of replacement filters. We are committed to long term use of the Watts technology.

We had a problem with our watts r.o. system. It wouldn't make water. Filters were less than 3 mo old. Worked with support. Finally figured out we needed to change filters again and worked perfectly. Prior to this we had had a breakage in the main line for all of fort lauderdale with boil notice, low pressure, some areas no water. The takeaway is you have to filter your water. We have used watts for about 20 years to protect our family.

It is really nice that you track the filters bought so I don't have to. I do miss the program for automatic shipping of replacement Watts RO filters. With so many things to keep track of, that was nice to have. As a consequence of my relying on that program I neglected to reorder filters until the RO unit would not provide anymore water. Your Customer Service was great with getting new filters out in a matter of days and with troubleshooting to make sure there were no other issues.

Hi, yes like it much better that the old filter sys' that I had for years. At least two, maybe three,, unscrewing, cleaning, bleaching, replacing filters,,,,,, pain !
Only problem so far,,, is,,, I recently received my second annual replacement kit for my Pure Plus,, but I didn't see anywhere to apply for the 20% off that was shown on the first page.
Their for, I was charged $80 or so for the kit. Care to fix that for me ?
