*Note - We apologize, however; Technical Support is only available over the phone. Our testing facility has moved to San Antonio, therefore we no longer have the ability to test Systems at our Peoria location.

How To Submit A Request
All Returns and Warranties require an Approved PI. This can be acquired through our call center at 1-800-752-5582, Option 3. Any/returns or warranties sent in without an Approved PI Number will be rejected and returned to you without being processed. Items cannot be identified without the PI Number. Once you receive the item back you can then obtain an Approved PI number by our Call Center at 1-800-752-5582.
