    Watts Premier is concerned for the safety of your personal information. Premier collects personal information when you register with us. This information is stored in a data base and we do not rent, sell, or share personal information with other people or non-affiliated companies. We reserve the right to send you certain types of communications such as direct mail, email, or by telephone relating to our products or products that you have purchased. We limit access to your personal information to those employees who will directly provide you with services or products in order to do their jobs. By registering your product you will receive the full benefit of our warranty. To insure the highest quality of your water, filters should be replaced every 6 months. Please follow all warranty guidelines as shown in the Manual and Product Guide to insure your warranty remains valid.     For most systems your serial number will be on a sticker generally located the mounting bracket of the system itself. The number will either begin with a prefix of WPI-###### or ##WPI-######. This label will not be located on any of the filters, Tank, Faucet, or any other component of the system.


    • For the Standard filter housing systems, The serial number will be located on the mounting bracket in front of the filters.


    • For our one piece manifold systems, the serial number will be located to the side of the filters on the flat surface where the membrane vessel housing screws onto the system, Opposite of where the tubing connects to your system.


    • For our push button systems the serial number will be located on the mounting bracket, above the filters.

    What Your Warranty Covers

    If any part of your Filtration System is defective in workmanship (excluding replaceable filters), return unit after obtaining a return authorization (Manual and Product Guide ), Within 1 Year of the Original Retail Purchase, Watts Premier will repair or, at Watts Premier’s option, replace the system at no charge.

  • What This Warranty Does Not Cover

    This warranty does not cover any equipment that is relocated from the site of its original installation. This warranty does not cover any charges incurred due to professional installation. This warranty does not cover any equipment that is installed or used outside the United States of America and Canada. This warranty does not cover defects resulting from improper installation, (contrary to Watts Premier printed instructions), from abuse, misuse, misapplication, improper maintenance, neglect, alteration, accidents, casualties, fire, flood, freezing, environmental factors, water pressure spikes or other such acts of God.
