Description

The LVOC filter is a heavy duty lead and chemical reducing carbon block filter. This premium activated carbon block filter is specifically designed for high capacity reduction of lead, VOC's, chlorine taste and odor from water. It is estimated that VOCs are present in 20 percent of the nation's water supplies. These water contaminants can enter ground water from a variety of sources including localized use of herbicides and pesticides, gasoline or oil spills, leaking underground fuel tanks, septic system cleaners, and chemicals used in the dry-cleaning industry. Filter is designed to be changed out every 6 months.

Filter life may vary based on local water conditions or use patterns. Recommended replacement of LVOC filter every 6 months.
