This was a replacement for a spigot that was of the wrong finish. We called for a replacement and the lady that handled our call was very understanding and expeditiously handled our request. We appreciated the speedy manner that we experienced and highly recommend their products. Their RO Units are great and have had one since 2006 that stayed with the house we sold recently. We bought two more for our new house.

This is an easy installation. I used this to replace another faucet. This faucet has a locking adjustable flow. Great advantage because you can set any flow and don’t have to hold it. Some types require you holding down the tap handle to control the flow. But this faucet is fully adjustable in locking flow. Also, it uses a 3/8 inch (OD) for a faster flow than other brands.

I called Watts to verify that I was ordering the correct faucet for my RO unit. The tubing on the new faucet wasn't the same size as mine and was short. I called tech support (who was very helpful) and was told that I needed a 3/8 to 1/4 inch coupling. Watts would send me one but it would take 2 weeks. I could buy one at Lowes. I also needed a 1/4 to 1/4 coupling because of the different styles and short lengths of the tubing.
I am disappointed that the original faucet started dripping so soon and was not repairable.

My sink is curved. The original H2O dispenser/faucet was not stable because of anchor plate wouldn't stay secure. This dispenser stays totally secure! It's so much better than the original!!!
I still think we can improve the technology of how the tubes secure to the dispenser. Because the tube connections are so sensitive, the water leaks when installing it until you get it just right. I ended up reinstalling it a few times.

This was a replacement for an existing RO Filter that I bought and installed by myself but after years of use, the faucet starts to leak. I called customer service about it and they sent me an O-ring to see if it will solve the problem, but it did not.
I think the problem was the valve and it could not be replaced so I decided to buy this faucet and it comes with the black, red and blue hoses.
It is now working fine and no leaks as of now.

My previous spigot failed after many years due to a torn hose. I didn't read the instructions that came with the new one carefully and after a few days of it leaking, disconnected it and did what the instructions told me to do and it stopped leaking. Imagine that!

Fortunately, I ordered the correct faucet for our system. However, I really need to speak to someone to insure that this was the right faucet for our system. This is my fourth faucet in 18 years. Previously I needed to go under the sink to tighten the screws to install the faucet in a very narrow space. Now I don't need to go under the sink with this top-mounted faucet - a big improvement. The installation is so simple. The only issue is that the blue tube is 3/8", and my old one is 1/4". So I need to spend any 6 dollars to get a 1/4" -> 3/8" connector to from Home Depot. If that connector is included in the package, it will be nice. And also I like that I can remove the outlet tube to clean it.

I bought the system and installed it pretty easily. The faucet was leaking. It looked like it was leaking through the air gap. After making sure the drain line wasn't clogged or kinked, it was still leaking. I called customer support and they sent me a new faucet. That one also leaked.
I called technical support and they had me send the faucet back. They confirmed it was defective and sent me a different version of the faucet. The new faucet is working perfectly.

the faucet is better design compare to another model, but it came with different size tubes . To replace our different model the plumber has to by special connector. This additional part is potential place for leaking and it happened. After one week of use the connector started leaking. Why it is so difficult to make all tubes one size to avoid inconvenience in replacing. I am very disappointed this time . I am long time your company customer, had at least 3 filter system, but this time is not my lucky one.

I installed the faucet and it was dripping from the spout. Called customer service, they told me I installed it wrong and I needed to reinstall. Reinstalled using their specific instructions (which were not included in the original instructions) and the spout was still dripping. Called Custeomr Service again, waited about 25 minutes to get someone. The agent told me that I would need to send the faucet back at my own expense, and then quality control would need to look at it for a week, and then they would fix it or replace if it is broken, or return it to me if it is not broken. The worst part, if it is deemed defective, I don't get reimbursed for shipping the defective product back. I have installed dozens of faucets, this is a first where the provider puts you through the ringer just to get a product that works. The old Watts faucet I am replacing is a terrible design, this one is a terrible design, and no one is trying to fix problem for me. I would not recommend Watts to a friend, and would not even consider the product if I didn't have a Watts system already installed. Terrible experience, bad product design, terrible customer expereince. Do better.

Brushed Nickel Air-Gap Top-Mount Monitored Faucet
The faucet unit was purchased to replace a similar unit that starting leaking significantly after 5 years of use. Rather than replace “O” rings I elected to purchase a new faucet unit.
The old faucet unit has ¼” blue tubing and required a 3/8” stem x ¼” QC adapter (part #288004) for the faucet. The adapter fitting did not come with the new faucet but 3/8” blue tubing did. This new tubing would not work where it connects into the filter header. The old adapter had to be used to make the new faucet work and the 2nd agent I talk with would not send me the adapter without a charge.
The unit was installed per instructions. When over a quart of water is dispensed, there is now a small (about 1 teaspoon) leakage from the handle on the new unit. With glass size dispensing there is no leaking.
Generally, I’m very satisfied with RO PURE system.

I am currently on my third RO from Premier. I the faucet would no longer seat properly and it leaked. I ordered a new faucet and was able to install it quite easily. My only complaint is that it drips. I'm not willing to remove it, order a new one, and reinstall it. I keep hoping it will stop on its own.

Beautiful piece of equipment. But....
It drips. Not a lot. But being brand-new, it shouldn't drip at all.
Water restriction. The flow is perhaps 1/3 the flow we had before. You can actually hear the water restriction in the main valve unit. We had a professional plumber install the unit, per the instructions. Even kept-out the replacement of the red line, per the advice of the customer service man we talked to on line.
Flashing light. It blinks when dispensing water. Clever, but of no use. Just something else that will require maintenance in the years to come.
Best part....was the prompt and knowledgeable service tech we talked to at the factory. And....the great delivery! Very fast!

the new faucet is great, however, if you are replacing a faucet on a R/O system using 1/4" supply lines you will need some 1/4"to 3/8" adapters

Old Faucet was leaking replace by my Plummer with new faucet purchased from Premier in November 2018 it been leaking from the get-go. Seems to be the week link in the system. The rest of the RO system seems to be working well. Water damage is my major concern.

When installed correctly, this faucet works great. I find that the battery operated monitor is a bit hard to open when a new battery is needed, however.

I see some member of the community are seeing leaks. I have not seen that at all. I replaced my old because I seen water on the counter around the facet but later found that the problem was not the facet but the black hose getting clogged or not able to drain the water into the drain properly.

This is a replacement faucet purchase I did. I installed the new RO system in less than one year. The leaky faucet spoiled my cabinet wood. The middle stem is rusting and that starts leaking after a while. poor quality.
The new faucet I received had a faulty battery. Very poor quality.
The only thing good about this faucet is great looks.

Faucet was good but
1. Reminder came off in 6 month and then it never worked (but its as i don't need reminder) Big issues
2. Faucet started to leak from top of coutertop and bottom of Facuet on top of counter top. Don't know where exactly its leaking but water is coming out. I don't know what to do other than turnoff water

I purchased this one to replace the original, which also leaked (but at least it worked for more than six/seven YEARS). This one lasted 6 MONTHS. Purchased the monitored one to remind me to change the filters. It reminded me alright.....to purchase another faucet. Leaking after only six months is unacceptable quality. Very disappointed. Wish it lasted longer, like a few years would be nice.

I ordered back in mid aug 2015, and could not install until about a week ago due to kitchen remodel , only to find that it leaks(drips) from the on/off handle gasket. No response (yet) from CS. It does not specify how long the "maunfacturers" warranty is for this equipment, so I guess I just wasted $70+ dollars. This was a replacement for the original faucet that came with the complete RO-PURE kit purchased from Costco. That faucet lasted less than two years before starting to leak, which is why I ordered this as a replacement. Not a reliable piece of equipment. Rest of the system seems OK, but this is definitely the weak link in the system. Buyer beware! ...Read Less

I purchased this as a replacement for my original faucet that came with my RO system. The faucet was excellent, the parts that were there worked great except they did not include a new flow reducer in the new red tube so my faucet made terrible noises all night until I went through the trash and found the old one, and re-installed the faucet with it.

I just bought the RO Pure system and installed it. It works flawlessly. I just wish the brushed nickel faucet came with the system instead of the chrome. With so many kitchen appliances being stainless steel, it only seems logical to offer the RO Pure in a stainless or brushed nickel configuration. I had to purchase this separately, as I didn't want the included chrome faucet and Watts wouldn't do an exchange.

We live in a community where public water is at best average in quality (for drinking from the tap). We hate the sediment and odd taste of the water but the Watts RO-PURE entirely changed our lifestyle. It makes the water taste pure (no pun intended), supplies adequate drinking/cooking water for a family of four, and easy to install/maintain. We had some problems with the faucet (four years old) and decided to invest in a new one. But after installing the new faucet no water came through the system. Had to call Watts and wait for a while to get a live person; the expertise advise from the technician, on the other hand, helped us solve the problem in an instant! It turned out that our red and yellow filters needed to be changed despite the fact that we replaced them in June. Two possibilities that required us to replace the filters in fewer than six months: we must have gotten more water from the system than average, and the quality of public water in our community may be even less than we had anticipated.
In any event, when the system is working, we cannot be more pleased with it!!! Our system was down for two weeks, and it was two weeks of suffering for us! Now we are all happy! Water, after all, is the most important life-sustaining resource!
We will continue to use our Watts RO-PURE system. As a matter of fact, we just ordered a bunch of new filters, good for at least one more year (we hope)!
