Original transformer failed after over 10 years.. Ordered new one which also failed. Called in and the telephone help ran me through a series of tests which showed the pump was at fault.
A new less expensive pump was ordered, and upon arrival Telephone help walked me through removal and replacement, A few minor drips occurred, but with the phone help they were sealed tight.
This pump, and the whole system have been working for a couple of weeks flawlessly.
I cannot say enough about the ordering, and technical help available from the telephone help.

Both of the pumps that were sent to us had broken end pieces. While working on it, the double check piece broke apart costing us an additional 10+ dollars to complete the repair which due to the wait time for each of the parts was an extremely long time without RO water. At the moment though the system is working fine.

I received the pump in a damaged box. Opened to find the pump was poorly packaged and damaged. One of the connection fitting was broke. I needed the pump so I used the fitting on the old pump.

Purchased a new pump in March 2020, the seals failed in November 2020. The pump was replaced at no charge...thank you! However, the pump requires 2 o-rings and both were faulty on the new pump. I requested new o-rings, which were sent, but they were the wrong size. I was able to pirate o-rings from former pump, but you might want to check your quality control.

It works great - save you’re old fittings - I cut the rubber baby bumpers down to 1/2in nubs and used them with the old mounting screws - all good.
PLEASE NOTE that to be SURE that your power requirements are met - and esp. IF you are ALREADY ARE REPLACING YOUR TRANSFORMER ... be sure to purchase the HD - NOT STD transformer - you’ll be happier.

My concern with the fact that booster pump was sent with no sanitary plugs installed. In addition this is the third pump installed. The original a second one and this one. Obviously their is a poor reliabiity
when a purchaser cannot depend on your product. The original pump failed the second pump leaked at the parting surface. Both failures obviously were unrelated but both failed. I am on the third pump hopefully this will be more reliable. If you wish to have the leaking pump provide return mailing.

This was a replacement for an older pump with bearing issues. It works fine but when operating it causes my faucets, that are below grade (below the pump height) to leak. The older one did not do this. Unfortunately no one can tell me why this is happening...
